Shipping policy
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
- Items will be distributed 3-5 business days on receipt of the customer funds, at purchase
- Please note that if your order is placed during a “sale” period, dispatch time for ‘in stock’ items can be delayed due to increased volume of orders
- “Advanced Pre Order”: expectation of when this stock is available will be provided at the point of purchase. Delivery to customer will be within 20 business days of this timeframe
- Occasionally stock runs out before the website is updated and you will be notified if you have been affected.
- Postage timeframes is out of OKIKOKI control and subject to reasonable estimates from Australia Post
Item dispatch
- Items will be dispatched to the address provided on checkout.
- Customers who enter addresses that Australia Post have deemed having incorrect and/or insufficient details to ensure delivery may result in the following:
- Delayed delivery
- Lost parcel
- Package/s returned to the OKIKOKI Warehouse and distribution centres
- If OKIKOKI is found to be responsible for incorrectly addressing a package then OKIKOKI will be responsible for the resending, replacement or refund of the items not delivered or delayed.
- Where the customer advises of a change in address post purchase, If the item has not left the warehouse OKIKOKI will endeavour to update the record, but this cannot be guaranteed
- Any package returned to OKIKOKI due to the above incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge of “costs” expected to be a delivery recharge plus any costs borne by OKIKOKI
- Any shipment that is delayed or lost and is found to have had incorrect and/or insufficient details provided by the customer will not be covered by OKIKOKI. NO REFUNDS and OR CREDITS are applicable.
- If the package has the correct delivery information and is ‘lost’ by Australia Post, OKIKOKI will replace the items only after the customer and OKIKOKI have exhausted efforts to locate the item
- Mail Redirections– Customers please note that many of our OKIKOKI customers inform us that their Australia Post Redirections do not work with packages. OKIKOKI will not be responsible for replacing goods or extra costs if a redirection has not been successful.
Overseas Orders
- Subject to overseas freight costs which will be advised once the customer’s order is defined.
- Custom and duty fees of the destination country is the responsibility of the customer
- Incorrectly provide address and any costs that eventuate as a result, are the responsibility of the customer
