Terms of service

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars
  • The customer is responsible for ordering the correct items and quantity in their shopping cart and request OKIKOKI to source these items on my behalf.
  • Customers have a cooling-off period for orders and after that period expires, this purchase is deemed a firm sale (i.e. non-returnable).
  • Items purchased from OKIKOKI are being purchased for personal or business use and are not being purchased for commercial resale.
  • PLEASE NOTE: As OKIKOKI is an online commerce website; our primary means of communication with you will be via the email address listed on the OKIKOKI website. OKIKOKI will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the customer’s email address being incorrect. If you have more than one email address, please check all email accounts before contacting OKIKOKI.

COOLING OFF PERIOD

  • OKIKOKI follows the Australia Consumer Regulation and allows a cooling off period of 10 business days
  • Customers are required to notify OKIKOKI in writing via email of their intent to activate their consumer rights of the Cooling Off period
  • Where OKIKOKI have distributed (distribute means the product has left the OKIKOKI distribution centre) the consumer will need to return the items to OKIKOKI at the customer’s expense. Items must be returned un-damaged.  Any items damaged either by customer or through transit cannot be refunded.
  • Donations made to charities through the Cooling Off Period cannot be refunded

 GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Are required to be used with 8 months of purchase
  • OKIKOKI have no responsibility for utilising the voucher once the voucher is purchased

 PRICING

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
  • Pricing can vary based on OKIKOKI promotions

 PAYMENT

  • The Website accepts payment from Credit/ Debit Card and Paypal
  • Payment by Cheque is not accepted
  • Bank transfer can be accepted by exception and require OKIKOKI to contact – it is not natively available through the website
  • If OKIKOKI is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to insufficient funds or other errors, then OKIKOKI will attempt to contact the customer by email or via the message centre in your OKIKOKI account to rectify the issue. If the customer does not contact OKIKOKI to resolve the issue, then the order will be cancelled

 WARRANTY

  • In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, and not fit for purpose. It is expected this warranty typically with a 3 month period of purchase
  • Warranty does not cover general wear and tear or misuse of the product
