    The microwave is your friend. Try frozen vegetables, they take a few seconds in the microwave to prepare with a dash of water in the bowl.  

     But it is hard to make healthy meals every night, especially after a long day at work and school, and after school activities, and …we fit a lot into our day.

    The nutrients in frozen produce are sealed into the vegetables during the freezing process, so you can serve up a combination of vegetables you know will provide good nutrition.
